By commissioning me, you confirm that:
✦ You have read, understood, and agree to my Terms of Service.
✦ You are commissioning me for my art style.
✦ You are 18+ years old. SFW/(N)SFW ok ✓2. You can repost and share the art to your social media sites3. I may use the artwork for promotional purposes (For portfolio, and commission ad purposes only)4. I have the right to decline a commission request if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request. No vague requests pls,, ty :)5. NFT / blockchain use, AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI training or any AI-related use is strictly not allowed.6. For personal use only.

Process

✦ Payment
1. ㅤA 50% down payment is required before I start working on the artwork. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Payment is through Paypal. Price is in USD.
2. ㅤInvoice will be sent by me after getting your request.
3. ㅤThe finished artwork in full resolution will be sent once I have received payment in full.✦ Commission Process
1. If possible, you may send me visual references ex: character sheet, pose references, stick figure, your character’s gender, species, etc. Anything, you can be as detailed if you want :3 DM me via Reddit or Discord (@shouanreii) :D2. I will start making a rough sketch of your character, then I'll send the partial invoice. If you want any changes to the rough sketch (such as lighting, pose, expression, any), please don't hesitate to tell me :3 it'll be easier to make the changes during the sketch process~3. After approval, I will proceed with the lineart/render :]4. I'll send the art for approval (then other half of invoice) before proceeding to animating your character. Afterwards, I'll send the animation for approval, then Google Drive link for the unwatermarked render and animation.✦ Progress Updates
During the commission, you will receive:
1. ㅤStatus updates (sketch/line art/color/render).
2. ㅤWork-in-progress (WIP) image updates. This will be sent via direct messaging. If partial payment (50%): WIPs will be watermarked.
Full resolution (finished art and WIP) will be sent only after full payment.

Completion Duration

Time to complete the art commission depends on the following factors:
✦ Who paid their invoice first.
✦ Difficulty/complexity of the project. For each commission it may take 5-14 days.
✦ Rush orders may apply.

Refund and Revisions

Refunds are only available if:
✦ I’m unable to finish the artwork.Refunds are not available if:
✦ The commission has started.
✦ The commission has been completed.
✦ Refunds are no longer available after a second major revision.Revisions
✦ I offer up to 2 major revisions (e.g. changing character, major adjustment to pose) free of charge. Any requests for additional revisions beyond that are subject to additional fee of $10 per major revision.
